EchoPath Terms of Use

1. Purpose of EchoPath

EchoPath is an assistive navigation and environmental-information tool. It is intended to provide additional information that may help users understand routes, locations and captured scenes.

2. Safety and navigation

EchoPath must not be treated as a replacement for personal judgement, orientation and mobility skills, a cane, guide dog, official travel information, emergency services or awareness of real-world surroundings.

GPS, route data, maps, place information and spoken guidance may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Always follow real-world conditions, signs, restrictions and safety instructions.

3. Scene Detection and AI

Scene Detection, object detection, OCR, colour analysis and AI-generated descriptions can be wrong. EchoPath may miss or misidentify objects, people, text, materials, colours, positions, obstacles or hazards. Do not rely on visual-analysis output as guaranteed safety information.

4. Beta software

TestFlight and other pre-release versions may contain unfinished features, bugs, crashes, changed behaviour or incomplete documentation. Features may be added, changed or removed before public release.

5. Third-party services

Some EchoPath features depend on services supplied by Apple, Google or other platform providers. Availability and accuracy of those services are outside Riley Burrell Development’s direct control and may be subject to separate terms.

6. Availability

Features can vary by device, operating-system version, region, permissions, network connection and hardware capability. On-device AI features may fall back to other processing methods on devices that cannot run them reliably.

7. Changes

EchoPath and these terms may change as the product develops. The latest terms will be published on this website.
